Refund policy
Every KAREVELA piece is made to order. We don't hold stock — your item is printed specifically for you after you place your order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective — we will replace it or refund it in full. No questions asked. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue.
WRONG SIZE
We encourage you to check our Size Guide before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, we are unable to offer a free exchange — but contact us and we'll do our best to help.
LOST ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email (60 days for international orders), please contact us and we will investigate and resolve it.
