1. ABOUT US

KAREVELA is an apparel brand operating on a made-to-order model. We are registered at 13 Gurnos Road, Merthyr Tydfil, Wales CF47 9NN, United Kingdom. Contact: support@karevela.com

2. PRODUCTS

All products are made to order. This means each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Product colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to monitor settings and the production process. We use Bella+Canvas 3001 as our base product, fulfilled in partnership with Printify.

3. ORDERING

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. Once an order is placed and sent to production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency of the selected market. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 USD (or equivalent in local currency).

5. SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Production time is 1–2 business days before dispatch. Estimated delivery times vary by destination — please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace or refund it in full. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All graphics, designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of KAREVELA and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. KAREVELA is not affiliated with any medical, governmental, or public institution. Our designs are artistic expressions created to honour various professions and communities.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAREVELA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

9. PRIVACY

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to such processing.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
